As a Senior Consultant in our Wellington Consulting practice, you will work with clients across government, public sector and private sector organisations to shape, design and deliver AI‑enabled change.

Your key responsibilities

• Identify high‑value AI and data use cases linked to productivity, service improvement, risk reduction, workforce effectiveness, customer or citizen outcomes and cost improvement. Translate business problems into practical AI‑enabled solutions, including changes to processes, roles, governance, data, technology, behaviours and ways of working.
