About the Role

S.i. Systems client is looking for a Senior Communications Consultant will design and implement internal communication strategies that foster clarity, engagement, and alignment across the department

 1 year contract to start. Mostly remote - once a month on-site (Preference will be given to candidates who reside in BC)

 Must Haves:

  • A degree in Communications, Marketing, or Journalism, or another relevant discipline.
  • A minimum of six years of experience in strategic communications and/or marketing with a focus on internal communications.
  • Proven ability to design and implement communication strategies in complex organizations.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills; ability to simplify technical content.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Familiarity with digital communication tools (SharePoint, Teams, intranet platforms) and analytics.
