Senior Commercial Attorney

Requirements

• LLB degree (Essential)
• LLM in corporate and commercial law will be advantageous
• 6+ years experience specializing predominantly in corporate and commercial law matters (Essential - Not negotiable )
• Strong contract drafting skills
• Sound knowledge and understanding of corporate and commercial transactions (incl. M&A, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Deal Structuring, Transactional Tax, etc.)
• Sound knowledge and understanding of corporate and commercial law and litigation processes
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans (both verbal and written)
• Fully computer literate (incl. MS Word, Excel, etc.)

Salary, incentives and/or alternative remuneration structure will be negotiable.
