Senior Civil Engineer

Responsibilities

• Supervise all phases of assigned construction projects.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Monitor resource utilization and optimize labor, equipment, and materials.
• Lead safety and risk management activities on-site.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and timely reporting.
• Actively resolve project issues and elevate when needed.
• Collaborate in process improvement meetings.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

What we're looking for:

• A bachelor's degree in civil engineering. License is a must.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Engineer, with a focus on fit‑out projects and Gen Con experience.
• Can work on multiple projects, outside Metro Manila and in shifting schedules.
