Experience 15 or more years experience in engineering consulting firm. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering (B. Eng or B. Sc. Eng). Registrations: Registration with ECSA as a Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng) (Non neg) Duties Promoting and applying employee engagement practices and concepts, especially in relation to recognition, empowerment, supportive feedback, partnering, expectations, consideration, and trust.
