Senior Cisco CVP IVR Developer Required Skills & Experience Cisco CVP & IVR Development 4+ years of experience in DTMF IVR application development using Cisco CVP (Contact Center). Hands-on experience with: Cisco Call Studio Cisco CVP VXML Server CVP Custom Elements (Java) Call Studio GUI Apache Tomcat Java & Backend Integration Strong experience in Java development with client backend integrations. Experience integrating IVR applications with backend systems using: HTTP REST APIs OAuth2 XML Web Services MS SQL Server Contact Center & Self-Service Solutions Experience with Cisco CVP development, Java, and API integrations. Experience sharing data between IVR applications and agent desktops. Experience developing customer self-service solutions.
