Senior Change Communications Advisor (12-month fixed term or secondment)

NZ Customs is looking for a Senior Change Communications Advisor who can turn complex change into clear, practical and engaging communication. Reporting to the Principal Advisor Change and Transformation, Enterprise Services, this 12‑month fixed‑term/secondment Wellington‑based role offers the opportunity to influence how our people understand, prepare for and adopt important organisational change.

About This Role

This is a hands‑on advisory role where your work will have real impact. You will provide strategic communications advice, develop practical communication plans and create high‑quality content that helps people connect with the purpose and benefits of change.
