Senior Career Transition Consultant

Our client is a boutique executive outplacement firm in Dubai and Singapore serving the APMEA region. We are deliberately not a volume provider. We take a small number of mid to senior individuals and get them to the right next role—measured on placement quality and compensation retention, not logins to a portal. We are built for the churn realities of this region: expat transitions, visa‑linked exits, and executive moves where reputation and discretion matter.

Responsibilities

You will personally carry a small caseload of mid to senior professionals and executives through transition—strategy, positioning, market access, negotiation. You will do the actual work, at depth, with people who can afford to be picky about outcomes. At Substance, we believe in genuine connections, not just filling roles.
