Senior Buyer

ReOrbit is looking for a Senior Buyer to own the full procurement lifecycle, from RFPs to contracts and eventual delivery, as we push the boundaries of space data transfer.

As our Senior Buyer, you will manage supplier relationships, lead complex sourcing initiatives, and handle everything from high-value subcontracts to everyday purchases.

This role will be based in our headquarters in Helsinki, Finland.

Responsibilities

• Leads the full RFP lifecycle from initial supplier engagement to proposal evaluation, negotiation, and contract award, ensuring alignment with technical and contractual requirements.
• Manages supplier relationships end-to-end, from RFP development through post-award administration, for high-value, high-complexity procurements.
