Senior Business Systems & Improvement Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Business Systems & Improvement Manager to lead the development and evolution of our Business Operating System (BOS). This role plays a critical part in ensuring strong governance, effective risk management, and consistent, high-quality project delivery across the business.

Acting as a bridge between operational delivery, business controls, and digital systems, you’ll embed robust processes, improve performance visibility, and drive continuous improvement. You’ll also support the transition from a compliance-led approach to a more integrated, digitally enabled operating model that enhances efficiency, control, and decision‑making.
