As Senior Business Development Manager, you will become an integral part of lifting our joint agenda, which comprises of a series of responsibilities:

  • Member of the Marketing and Innovation (M&I) Leadership Team and Strategy and Business Development Leadership Team

  • The delivery of key strategic projects linked to the M&I agenda:
  • Projects focused on specific business opportunities within our global brand portfolio (Lurpak, Starbucks & Castello)
    M&A and post-merger integration projects
    Selected projects tied to our global marketing transformation programme: Next Generation Marketing

  • Executive support to the Chief Marketing Officer and wider M&I Management Team, driving the annual meeting cadence and business planning process
