As a Senior Business Analyst – eCommerce, you will be a member of a diverse team that is accountable for managing the Digital Commerce Platform for Tax and Accounting Wolters Kluwer. In this role, youare responsible forsupporting our North American business segments and other critical enhancements that drive eCommerce marketing revenue. You will be expected to collaborate with a diverse cross-functional team of Marketers, eCommerce, UX designers, system analyst, developers, QAresourcesand other business leaders who will all contribute to the fulfillment of major and operationaleStorereleases. Additionally, you willleadthe operational enablement of prioritized products that will be sold online to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Develop and refine intricate process analyses and end-to-end process mappings.
Propose actionable recommendations for process and operational improvements.
