The Role
The Builder’s Risk Broker is recognized by the client, client advocate team and the insurance marketplace as the day-to-day broker for coverage needs, negotiating terms and conditions of various Construction coverage's on behalf of clients.
The Responsibilities
Manages brokerage responsibilities for a book of new and recurring/annual policies. Primary focus on Project Builder’s Risk, Master Builder’s Risk Programs, and Contractor’s Block Leads broking communication efforts by e-mail, telephone, and written correspondence with underwriters and producersObtains and distributes information from client and/or producing officeAssists or may lead front end sales/RFP efforts for Builder’s Risk sales leadsPrepares/oversees creation of proposals, submissions and quotesResponsible for running and interpreting financial analytical modelsEvaluates and develops coverage confirmation for revie...
