Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to play a key role in optimizing BIM practices, workflows, and standards for the Facilities department. Responsibilities:

  • Assess BIM practices, workflows, and model/template standards for the Facilities team and recommend improvements.
  • Develop and maintain BIM documentation, best practices, and workflow frameworks to enhance project execution.
  • Train and mentor staff in Revit skills and BIM process execution, leveraging off-the-shelf Revit tools.
  • Collaborate with project teams to resolve technical and design challenges and identify opportunities for automation.
