Senior ATE Test Engineer – Product Development

ADVANCED MICRO DEVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is hiring a Senior Test Engineer to lead ATE test solutions drive for next-generation processors. You will be responsible for developing ATE test programs, collaborating with design teams, and ensuring quality and performance indicators are met.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ATE development, excellent communication skills, and a relevant degree in engineering. Experience with Advantest 93K and strong programming skills are essential.
