Senior Associate Technology- Endur

As a Senior Associate Technology – Endur L2 Support, you will be responsible for providing functional and technical support for Endur applications within the energy and commodities trading domain. You will work closely with business users, production support teams, and technology stakeholders to investigate and resolve issues, ensure platform stability, monitor application performance, and support day‑to‑day trading operations.

• Provides Level 2 functional and technical support for Endur, ensuring stable day‑to‑day trading operations, accurate P&L, and smooth EOD processing.
• Investigate and resolve Endur incidents across FO, MO, BO and Logistics; perform EOD monitoring and health checks; analyse recurring issues and drive permanent fixes; support UAT and regression testing; maintain SOPs and knowledge articles; act as SME for business users.
