About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and skilled IT Executive to provide operational support for Windows Server and hybrid cloud environments by ensuring system availability, security, and performance. Troubleshoot infrastructure issues, perform routine maintenance, manage incidents, and support continuous service improvement through proactive monitoring, root cause analysis, and adherence to security and service management best practices.

Responsibilities

Monitor the Windows Server environment (AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, file/print, Hyper‑V/VMware) to keep systems healthy and available.

Carry out routine maintenance — patching (Ivanti/Intune), OS hardening, performance tuning, and backup checks (Veeam).
