• Manage a diverse disputes caseload, including secured recoveries, banking litigation, insolvency and mortgage enforcement matters.
• Draft and prepare a broad range of legal documents, including court pleadings, letters of demand, settlement deeds and briefs to counsel, and appear in court as required.
