Senior Associate, Capital Markets - CO

Managing a diverse portfolio of oil and gas assets and allocating capital towards the right acquisitions are key elements of the finance function at Phoenix. The Senior Associate, Capital Markets will be working closely with the MD of Capital Markets and CFO with a focus on raising capital via the Regulation A plus and D offerings being marketed by Phoenix. This role will be critical in the growth of the business and will get exposure to every function within the company. The ideal candidate for this role has practical experience in finance and or accounting with a propensity to sell and an ability to raise capital. The investment products being offered by Phoenix have annual yields ranging from 9 to 13% with monthly cash distributions and stands head and shoulders above other offerings in the marketplace.
