Senior Associate / Associate, Research Grants & Management

The Senior Associates/ Associates plays a critical role in supporting the functions of RGM which included the following:

• Provide the necessary staff support in establishing critical operating systems and processes for the Director of Research (DOR) functions
• Provide the necessary staff support in establishing relevant guidelines in grant management and administration
• Provide the necessary staff support in reviewing Terms & Conditions of competitive grant calls to check for alignment and compliance
• Liasing with grantors to ensure smooth operations on grant administration
• Liasing with relevant stakeholders to solicit inputs to improve the operations of grant management and administration
• Provide the necessary staff support in summarising critical statistics for management's planning
