About the Role
The Student and Academic Services Department (SASD) is a dedicated team committed to delivering comprehensive support across the entire student life cycle - from admission and matriculation to graduation and beyond the classroom. This position sits with the Office of Information, Knowledge and Library Services (OIKLS). Reporting to the University Librarian, this role is about helping shape the future of how students and faculty learn and teach at NTU. The successful candidate will provide leadership for NTU Library's digital learning strategy and digital literacy framework. He/she will drive innovation, alignment with university priorities, and cross-campus collaboration to ensure impactful, technology-enabled learning experiences for our students.
