Senior Asset Manager - PBSA

We’re looking for a strategic yet hands-on Asset Manager to lead the performance and growth of a UK-wide student housing portfolio.

This is an opportunity to join a nimble, investment-backed Real Estate platform focused on repositioning and optimising student living assets. You’ll work directly with the leadership team, shaping strategy, driving operational success, and unlocking value across a diverse PBSA portfolio.

You’ll take full ownership of asset performance — blending analytical insight with practical delivery to drive NOI, occupancy, and long-term value.

• Setting and executing asset-level business plans to grow income and value.
• Leading refurbishment, ESG, and CapEx programmes to enhance asset performance.
