About the Role
Our client is a diversified UAE-based group with interests across real estate, construction, retail and hospitality. The group owns and operates a growing hospitality portfolio comprising luxury and mid-scale hotels, resorts and leisure assets in Ras Al Khaimah.
They are seeking an experienced Senior Asset Manager – Hospitality to oversee portfolio performance, maximize asset value and drive long-term returns across their hospitality assets.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will act as the owner-side representative for the hospitality portfolio, working closely with hotel operators, General Managers, consultants and senior leadership to improve financial performance, optimize capital deployment and identify value-enhancement opportunities.
