Senior Architectural Designer – ArchiCAD

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architectural Designer / Documentation Specialist to support the delivery of residential, mixed-use, and commercial projects for a leading Australian architecture and design practice.

This role is highly focused on construction documentation, technical detailing, BIM workflows, and project coordination . The successful candidate will work closely with Project Architects, Associates, consultants, and project teams to produce accurate, coordinated, and buildable documentation packages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce and coordinate architectural documentation across project stages, from concept through to construction documentation

• Prepare detailed documentation packages including stairs, kitchens, bathrooms, laundries, façade details, window schedules, external works, plans, sections, elevations, and schedules

• Use ArchiCAD and BIM workflows
