Senior Architectural Coordinator

Job Responsibilities : Check and coordinate the shop drawings produced by drafting team as well as sub-contractors Attend technical meeting with Consultants, to monitor approval of shop drawings from Consultants Prepare and monitor RFA/RFI/RAM issued Liaise with Sub-contractors on technical issues for timely approval of shop drawings Monitor progress of site work in relation to the shop drawing schedule Conduct regular site check to ensure work that works on site is executed in accordance to approved drawings and to check critical dimension indicated in the drawings Ensure that details/material proposed are within the contract provision/specifications Compile material/sample/catalogues for submission to consultants in relation to procurement schedule Resolve site problems on detailing Obtain relevant document/ waivers from consultant with regards to authorities' requirements Monitor issuance latest construction drawings to site staff Coordinate prepared as-built drawings Job Requiremen...
