Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.


• Minimum 15 years of overall experience in architecture.


• At least 7 years of experience in Design & Build projects.


• MMUP Grade A certification is mandatory.


• Maximum age: 55 years.


• Must be available to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design and coordination activities for Design & Build projects.


• Develop and review concept, schematic, detailed design, and construction drawings.


• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure project objectives are achieved.
