Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead and manage architectural design and planning for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects
Develop architectural concepts, layouts, drawings, and design presentations
Coordinate with consultants, structural teams, MEP teams, and project stakeholders
Review architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents
Ensure projects comply with local building regulations, safety standards, and company guidelines
Conduct site visits and monitor architectural execution and quality standards
Manage project timelines, approvals, and design coordination activities
Support project planning, material selection, and design optimization
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for smooth project execution
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior architects and design teams
