Senior AP Analyst

Job Overview

Responsible for all fixed accounts analysis to ensure that all entries are accurate, align with the generally accepted accounting principles, reconcile advances suppliers/employees, and prepare Journal Entries for reclass, accruals, and a variety of information.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Reconcile Advances Suppliers/Employees balances
• Monitor and reconcile open items or unpaid transactions
• Responsible for the preparations of Journal Entries for reclass
• Review/Analyze fixed cost accounts and Prepare month-end accruals for month-end closing
• Works closely with Accounting Manager for monthly and annual closed processes
• Responds to inquiries from management and colleagues relating to his/her area of concern
• Assist with other projects and/or tasks as needed
