Senior Analyst - Senior Principal Analyst (ETB)

You will be part of a team responsible for the economic regulation of existing natural monopolies in the energy sector, to ensure that they operate efficiently and effectively to achieve price competitiveness and reliability of energy supply for consumers. As Singapore advances its energy transition, you will also play a key role in developing and implementing regulatory policies and frameworks for emerging energy supplies to decarbonise our power sector.

The successful candidate is required to:

• Review the economic regulation framework and policies to ensure that appropriate economic incentives are provided for efficient operations and prudent investments of the natural monopolies.
• Monitor and analyse financial statements.
• Determine the regulated charges and tariffs charged by the natural monopolies to ensure adequate recovery of prudent investments.
