A commercially focused Senior Analyst to join our Development Finance FP&A team, partnering with stakeholders across our Living Communities business to deliver high quality insights, reporting and forecasts that support strategic and operational decision making in a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. What You’ll Do
• Support planning, budgeting and forecasting cycles for Business Units by preparing accurate inputs, templates, reconciliations and preliminary analysis.
• Prepare monthly, half year and annual performance reporting, including dashboards and management materials that clearly explain results and key drivers.
• Work closely with IT and TCS teams to ensure data loads and reporting systems are accurate and reliable, assisting with issue resolution, testing and enhancements.
