Senior AML Risk & Compliance Lead (Hybrid Colombia)

Nu Colombia is seeking an AML Specialist to join our FinCrime team in Bogota. You will design and monitor controls to mitigate ML/TF risks and ensure regulatory compliance across Colombia operations.

You will deliver metrics to senior leadership, collaborate with analytics, governance and operations, and help shape risk-based controls in a fast-growing digital financial platform.

Hybrid model with two to three days in office, strong English, and experience with SARLAFT preferred.
