Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Airfreight Customer Service Executive ready to take the next step into a Sales Operations (SOE) role.

Responsibilities
  • Be the main point of contact for key airfreight customers
  • Handle RFQs, quotations, and pricing strategies
  • Liaise with airlines, co-loaders, and vendors to secure best rates
  • Follow up on quotes and convert them into confirmed bookings
  • Provide market insights (rates, capacity, trends)
  • Work closely with Sales, Operations & Warehouse teams
  • Monitor shipments and resolve issues proactively
  • Mentor junior staff when required
Requirements
  • 5–10 years of experience in airfreight / freight forwarding
