About the Role

Work Schedule Mon–Fri 9am–6pm 
Alt Sat 9am–1pm (off after probation) 
Location Changi Cargo Complex 
Role Overview We’re looking for an experienced Airfreight Customer Service Executive  ready to take the next step into a Sales Operations (SOE)  role. 
Responsibilities Be the main point of contact  for key airfreight customers 
Handle RFQs, quotations, and pricing strategies  
Liaise with airlines, co-loaders, and vendors  to secure best rates 
Follow up on quotes and convert them into confirmed bookings  
Provide market insights  (rates, capacity, trends) 
Work closely with Sales, Operations & Warehouse teams  
Monitor shipments and resolve issues proactively 
Mentor junior staff when required 
Requirements 5–10 years of experience in airfreight / freight forwarding
