Senior AI Transformation Project Manager

Job Description

The Business Transformation Team is recruiting for an AI Transformation Project Manager role to drive the delivery of complex AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with roadmap priorities, measurable outcomes and accelerated time to value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the management, analysis and delivery of AI pilots and projects (including business case definition; project plans; ROI measurement; process improvement reviews and mapping; data modelling and analysis; solution assessment; implementation planning; training)
• Leads the project execution AI tooling and agentic solutions
• Leads business services training needs and adoption analysis
• Responsible for tracking internal operations AI tooling success measures
• Responsible for the development and management of project control documentation (such as project plans; action logs; RAID logs)
