About the Role
We are looking for a Senior IT Product Analyst to join our team building enterprise-grade business platforms subscription billing, order-to-cash, service management). You will bridge business and technology: translating complex business requirements into clear product specifications, driving analysis across the full delivery lifecycle, and applying AI tools and concepts to improve both the product and the way we work.
This is a hands-on senior individual contributor role. You will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, development teams, and external partners across global time zones.
