Senior AI Engineer & Tech Lead – LLMs & Full‑Stack

Encora Inc. in Lima, Peru is seeking a Principal Senior AI Engineer to lead AI-enabled product initiatives. You will shape technical direction, design scalable AI features, and drive delivery across teams.
