Senior Advisor, Operational Practice and Funding

About this role

This permanent role is for a Senior Advisor to work in the Operational Practice team in School Property. This role is based in National Office Wellington, but other locations may be considered.

As a Senior Advisor – Operational Practice and Funding, you will lead the development and implementation of operational practice, tools, resources and training to support successful delivery on Te Rautaki Rawa Kura – Property Strategy 2030.

• Leading the roll out of policies, strategies, practices and training including critically assessing proposals and identifying the best way to achieve the desired outcomes.
• Writing practice guidance and communications for staff that are clear and concise.
• Facilitating discussions to seek feedback on improvements and balancing differing views.
