Job Purpose

This position is responsible for supporting and managing board, subsidiary, and corporate governance and compliance activities in accordance with applicable securities laws, regulatory requirements, stock exchange obligations, and the Corporation’s governance framework. Operating within the Corporate Secretary function, and under the guidance of the Assistant Corporate Secretary and Corporate Secretary, the role supports the effective functioning of the Board of Directors and its committees, maintains accurate and compliant corporate and board records, coordinates required filings and approvals, and supports director and officer appointments, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
