The Senior Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to leadership and program teams within a nonprofit organization. Key Responsibilities:

+ Provide executive-level administrative support to senior leadership (calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements)

+ Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and grant-related documents

+ Serve as a liaison between leadership, staff, board members, donors, and external partners
