Senior accounts payable specialist (La Línea de la Concepción)

We are looking for a Senior Account Payable Specialist to join our Finance Team.

Responsibilities

• Enter supplier invoices accurately on our system (currently Odoo) as required.
• Ensure the AP ledger is maintained and reconciled accurately.
• Send invoices to manager or department head for approval.
• Assist with month‑end close and annual audit.
• Manage cost center accounting.
• Maintain accounting records.
• Complete other ad‑hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
• Demonstrable competence in accounting and business management software such as Odoo, Oracle, SAP, or equivalent.
• In‑depth knowledge of accounting rules and regulations.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
