Key Responsibilities

  • Review staff expense claims, supplier payments, and manage payment cycle runs.

  • Monitor outstanding receivables and provide regular updates on debt collection status.

  • Review inventory aging with the Logistics and Operations teams on a quarterly basis.

  • Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, and Logistics to update monthly project work-in-progress (WIP) costing.

  • Maintain accurate financial records and a well-organized filing system.

  • Prepare and review cash flow reports and forecasts.
