Senior Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall accounting function, ensuring all financial activities align with US GAAP and corporate standards.
• Lead the monthly and weekly financial close process, preparing and reviewing comprehensive financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow).
• Review deliverables from outsourced accounting teams, providing mentorship, feedback, and process improvements to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee invoice management, approve daily entries, manage vendor payments (Check/ACH), and lead cash forecasting and aging reports.
• Develop and implement accounting policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and internal controls to mitigate risk.
• Conduct in-depth variance analysis and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business growth.
