About the Role
The Senior Accounting Analyst performs complex accounting activities to support accurate and timely financial reporting within the Costa Rica Finance Center. This role owns key processes across month-end close, financial analysis, and compliance, while driving efficiency and standardization.
**What You Will Do**
+ Execute and review month-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, fixed assets, and cash processes, ensuring deadlines are consistently met
+ Approve journal entries and account reconciliations to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal controls
+ Perform financial statement analysis, identify variances, and support resolution of discrepancies within defined timelines
