Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle accounting including general ledger, journal entries, accruals, and month-end close

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Reconcile bank accounts, balance sheet accounts, and intercompany transactions

Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timely processing

Support patient billing and revenue reconciliation, including self-pay and insurance-related revenue streams

Ensure accurate recording of medical procedures, medications, and clinic services

Monitor clinic expenses, payroll allocations, and cost controls

Assist with budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis
