About the Role

The ideal candidate will be able to:


  • Proactively seek out and acquire new clients, driving the growth of our Engineering Solutions businesses.
  • Accurately identify the needs, developing and nurturing relationships with both existing and potential customers, primarily within the engineering and manufacturing industries.
  • Provide exceptional customer support by guiding clients towards successful outcomes.
  • Foster strong relationships with both clients and internal team members to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.


Responsibilities: -

  1. Develop new accounts, services existing Customers; expand product range and usage in the assigned territory with a proactive mindset that focuses on exceeding sales growth.
  2. Ensure personal sales target is met.
  3. Cultivate strong relationship with customer.
  4. Able to organize and plan proper scheduling sales activities.
