Senior Account Manager – OutSystems

Location: Lisbon Metropolitan Area, Portugal

Responsibilities

  • Lead sales opportunities within assigned strategic accounts, positioning OutSystems as the foundational platform for Agentic solutions.
  • Advise C‑suite leaders on AI, automation, and low‑code solutions tailored to industry challenges and executive KPIs.
  • Own the strategic account plan and quarterly business reviews (QBRs), driving the conversation from maintenance to AI‑driven expansion.
  • Create high‑impact proposals to C‑level decision‑makers highlighting the ROI of AI‑powered software lifecycles.
  • Collaborate with GSIs and specialized AI boutique partners to expand the OutSystems footprint and integrate the platform into the client’s broader AI tech stack.
  • Work cross‑functionally with Sales, Solutions Architects, Customer Success, and Partners to ensure successful adoption of new AI capabilities.
