Senior Account Manager

Salary: £35,000‑£40,000 Base Salary dependant on experience

Commission: £24,000 OTE commission (uncapped and guaranteed for 3 months). In addition quarterly team target bonus (worth up to £1,500 per quarter) and monthly KPI bonuses (worth up to £250 per month).

Location: Hybrid – three office days (Milton Park, Oxfordshire) and two flexible days
