Yew Tree & West Derby Children Centre Special Educational Needs & Disability Link Worker 2 to 3 positions

Pay: £31,022K per annum pro rata for part-time (17£ per hour)

Number of hours:

• 1 full- (35 hours ) and 1 part-time (17.5 hours )
• OR 3 part-time positions (17.5 hours )

Fixed term for a minimum of 6 months

Are you passionate about supporting young children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)?

We are looking for a committed SEND / Disability Link Worker to join our Children's Centre team, helping children aged 0-5 and their families access the right support at the right time.

This is a rewarding, hands-on role where you will make a real difference to families in the community.
