SEND Tribunal and Mediation Officer - Enfield Council

Fox Morris Group are working to recruit a SEND Tribunal and Mediation Officer.

SEN Tribunal, Mediation and Dispute Resolution Officer will oversee Enfield's Tribunal caseload including all pre‑hearing work as well as attendance at hearings.

About the Role

  1. Plan and organise work to ensure the delivery of those aspects of the service for which responsible, work with minimum supervision, balancing using own initiative against the need to seek management guidance, work to tight statutory deadlines, be flexible in approach and have good general IT skills.
  2. Negotiate with outstanding written and verbal communication skills and a strong eye for accuracy and detail.
  3. Apply knowledge and understanding of the impact of SEND on children and young people’s educational outcomes.
