You will be supporting pupils across Chipping Norton and the surrounding areas, helping them access learning and develop confidence through tailored SEND support.

Duties as SEND Teaching Assistant:

• Provide one-to-one and small-group support for pupils with SEND
• Assist teachers in delivering differentiated, accessible learning activities
• Help implement individual education plans and personalised support strategies
• Support pupils with communication, behavioural, sensory, or cognitive needs
• Promote a positive, calm, and inclusive learning environment
• Assist pupils with personal care where required
