SEND / Behaviour Support - Secondary Schools
Full time, £95 to £105 per day.
Teaching Personnel is seeking committed and resilient Behaviour Mentors/support assistants to provide targeted support to pupils presenting behavioural challenges in Newcastle secondary schools. This role involves working closely with the SENCo and teaching staff to deliver structured interventions that promote emotional regulation, engagement, and positive behaviour.
What you'll be doing:
- Delivering short term behaviour interventions to identified pupils
- Providing consistent 1:1 and small group support
- Assisting pupils in developing positive behaviour strategies
- Working collaboratively with SEN and pastoral teams
- Following whole school behaviour and safeguarding protocols
